Unchain The Chained Pattern

We have developed a tendency of converting every task into a monotonous routine, may it be learning in school that gets burdensome after a certain time or a job that feels more like that of an endless duty- a loop that suck an entire lifetime before you knowing of it.

I wonder how long it would take for people, specifically those sitting on higher managerial positions to bask in the fact that there's life beyond scorecards and 9-5 jobs without which a soul cannot be said to have lived fully.

No child is ever fostered to idolize robotic lifestyle that takes away almost everything in exchange of your entire time, personal space and some paper notes, that then later in life, are spent mostly on counseling sessions and hospital bills. The whole system on which our economy runs is crooked and thus, it is breaking.

Life, some 10 years ago was different in terms of taking risks, leaving jobs, taking one-year gap. This is the new-age of possibilities and risks. When one is not offered security, growth, and perks for their devoted time and efforts, they choose to leave the chair and start afresh. And since years of struggle in corporate jobs, teaching lines and other services tend to follow the same compressed pattern of dividing the workload, promoting and emphasizing more on "We pay more to make you work even more", stepping out to switching fields, executing start-ups with a healthier environment it feels there's still a bit of opportunity for anyone and everyone out there, with or without work experience, making it accessible to opt out of the ruthless job routine.

We have a massive example of the Kiwis to lean on for they show mass productivity with small working organisations with much team-work, appreciation and independence and not tarnishing the working environment with status, hierarchical systems. Japan, which is popularly known for its highly developed country for a reason gives its employees' health the very first priority. They are allowed to take a nap or sleep in the workplace itself if not feeling to continue working. Denmark, topping the list of the best amongst the other countries to maintain a healthy work-life balance sets afloat its working hours with just 39.7 hours giving its own citizens the reason to educate themselves for the best without the need to leave the country.

I wish to see this change coming into shape in the years to come. Till now, what I have seen with the upsurge of covid is the uncontrollable workload disrupting the working hours with no time to spare for oneself. If this toxicity sustains any longer, both the systems- the executor and its earliest execution will collapse.
